1. General Framework
These Official Sweepstakes Rules govern the promotions offered via the Global Poker platform. By participating in any Sweeps Coins games, you are bound by these rules. The sweepstakes are intended solely for play in permitted jurisdictions and are void where prohibited by law. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Collecting Sweeps Coins
Sweeps Coins are the promotional entries used on the platform. They can be obtained in the following ways:
- Complimentary with Gold Coin Purchases: Players may occasionally receive free Sweeps Coins as a bonus when purchasing specific Gold Coin packages designated for recreational play.
- Daily Login Bonuses: Registered, verified users may claim a daily allocation of free Sweeps Coins simply by logging into their account.
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) - Mail-In Request: Participants can receive free Sweeps Coins by sending a handwritten request via standard postal mail. The request must be written on a standard unlined 4x6 inch postcard, placed in a stamped #10 envelope, and mailed to our designated corporate sweeps address. It must include your full name, return address, email address associated with the account, and a specific statement agreeing to these rules. Strict adherence to formatting is required; automated or bulk requests are void.
3. Playing and Redeeming
Sweeps Coins must be used to participate in Sweeps Coin eligible tournaments and ring games. Sweeps Coins acquired via bonuses or AMOE carry a standard playthrough requirement (usually 1x) before they become eligible for prize redemption.
Eligible Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes or digital gift cards. The minimum redemption threshold is typically 50 eligible Sweeps Coins. Prior to processing any redemption, Global Poker mandates rigorous identity verification (KYC), including the submission of a government ID and proof of address, to ensure legal compliance.
4. Limitations and Voiding
We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control that impairs the integrity of the platform. Sweeps Coins are non-transferable and have an expiration date if an account remains dormant for a period exceeding 60 consecutive days.
